RACHEL PYFROM

Rachel Pyfrom is a multidisciplinary artist from The Bahamas currently based in Toronto. Her works depict gentle moments of cherished memories and recollection, an observation of the things that form the artists’ Bahamian identity. This imagery that initially feels familiar and arbitrary to most growing up in the Bahamas, Pyfrom communicates a personal reverence for home that elevates past what local motifs would first appear.
